Our catering team possesses extensive experience with large-scale events. They will arrive one hour prior to begin setup and will remain for at least two hours to serve guests. A minimum of two servers is required for all events, with each server costing $200. Based on your event's size, we may recommend additional staff. Our team will package leftover food at the conclusion of serving and promptly clear tables. Should extra setup be necessary, it will be included in your quote.
